Housing affordability and homelessness are priority issues in Surrey. Throughout the region, housing affordability is an increasing challenge, and homelessness continues to be an issue. The City works in partnership with BC Housing, CMHC, Fraser Health and non-profit agencies to facilitate the development of new supportive and affordable housing for low-income families and individuals.
