Single-family dwelling inspection requirements
Inspection order for single-family dwelling building permits

 - Footings (when poured separate from foundation)

 - Sheathing (if applicable)

 - Final

Additional single-family dwelling requirements
Plumbing rough in approvals and electrical rough in approvals (including low voltage) are required before requesting a framing inspection.
Plumbing final approvals and Electrical final approvals (including low voltage) are required to be approved prior to requesting a final building inspection.
Requirements may vary based on individual circumstances. Approved permits and plans are required on site for all inspections.

Building inspection requests made without the proper information, or plumbing and electrical approvals, cannot be processed.
